Domain is banned

I'm trying to setup clerk.com but it couldn't generate a SSL cert because they said my domain was banned on CF... I had. $4 unpaid invoice that I missed, and I paid it. This was 3 days ago, and still my domain is 'banned'. I can still update and add DNS records, and nothing in the dashboard indicates this except the team at clerk saying it is still marked as banned. How can I get my domain status updated?
