Valorant Account Wrongfully Compromised
Recently my valorant account was suspended pernamently because a cheater hacked into my email and got into my account, I was wondering how I can get proof or any ideas would be welcomed.

Do you have email confirmation Enabled on your account? Or is Disabled? Have you received a message in your e-mail informing you that the e-mail has changed to an account? I also want to point out that everything I write are my own opinions and suggestions. I can't know what Riot knows and what Riot sees, etc.

Sorry to hear this happened! First and foremost just a few things.
- Have you used any 3rd party websites and/or applications that require your Riot login credentials?
- Have you already submitted a ticket with Riot support under “account recovery”?
- To reference @jjessiee question, did you ever receive an email stating an email change
- Have you taken steps to secure your account?
As stated above, Only Riot support can work on account related issues as staff here are not Riot employees and if you haven’t submitted a ticket with Riot support you can do so here

tips to protect your Riot/VAL account:
* never share your account or account creds with ANYONE (they can then be shared with additional people without your knowledge, or your account taken over by the other person, and this happens all the time).
* never login into any site with your Riot credentials other than http://authenticate.riotgames.com/. this includes 3rd party applications that ask for your Riot credentials. for any applications that use our official 3rd party API, you should be redirected to this site to log in. if not, don't do it or your credentials can be compromised due to malicious apps, insecure storage/transmission, or session hijacking.
* add 2FA to your Riot account (https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415714343187-Two-Factor-Authentication-How-to-FAQ)
* add 2FA to the email account tied to your Riot account
* make sure that your Riot account and associated email account do not share the same password.
* verify your email on your Riot account so that the settings can't be changed without access to that email (https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751744-Email-Verification-FAQ)
* if you have already been hacked and have an alternate email, change the email tied to your Riot account to a different email address.
* if you have already been hacked, change the password on both your Riot account and associated email account.
* if you have already been hacked, go to https://account.riotgames.com/ and click LOG OUT EVERYWHERE under Login Management.

I am not completely sure how I was hacked but yes I have submitted a ticket and changed all my passwords and email, additionally I saw that there were 2 codes sent in my email that weren’t from me so Im genuinely not sure how they got my email
I only got an email for a verification code which the supposed hacker used, but I was able to change everything else in time but when I logged into my account I was loaded mid game and straight after the game I was hit with a perma ban
I also saw that my teammates were talking about a cheater when I got on which I think was the person on my account
