I haven’t received my twitch drops

Does anyone know why I haven’t received my twitch drops? I keep opening tickets for help & I keep getting told my riot and twitch aren’t connected but they most definitely are I have checked countless times, it’s been 7-8 days since I claimed my drops through twitch and I still haven’t received them yet - has anyone else got this issue?
