it doesnt get fixed no matter what i do, any thoughts?

Good to know: VAL 59 can also be a code for server maintenance. Have you checked the Riot support site to check if there are any issues listed there?

every possible thing, reinstalling the whole game, running riot as administrator, i added the app in the firewall pass list n everything
