Val freezes whole pc while middle of the game

recently my valorant frequency freezes my whole pc while in the middle of the game. It keep freezing for few seconds but didnt pop out BSOD alert (Blue screen of death).

My pc specs: AMD ryzen 5 8645hs, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4050 and 16gb ddr5 ram (hp victus 16)
