Conqueror rank.
One of my friend was ranked at top 390 at 1:20 am CET and after the reset he haven’t received the Conqueror rank.

Could you please ask your friend to share a video recording of the issue they have encountered?
It’s possible your friend wasn’t within the top 500 players in their server when the server reset, or they may not be at Ace tier. Only players in the Ace tier or higher who rank within the top 500 on their server are automatically promoted to Conqueror tier at 00:20 (UTC+0) each day. If your friend believes this wasn’t the case, please tell them to share a video recording that can clearly illustrate the issue they have encountered.
