#With regard to upgraded lobby card
this card will upgrade any basic lobby,but the question is the lobby which will be upgraded will be permanently upgraded or for any time limit?
Solution
This card will only upgrade the Arctic Era Theme when you obtain the permanent basic version from a future Gilt Series Lucky Spin.
The upgraded version is permanent once you obtain the Advanced Theme Perk.
The upgraded version is permanent once you obtain the Advanced Theme Perk.
