I am an old player since the second season and I play constantly. I logged in to my account from another device and then it was banned for ten years. According to the penalty, it is modifying the game data and I do not use any of the program and I cannot risk using any cheating tool because my account is very important to me and I am very accused of developing it as I spent huge amounts of money on it. I hope you reconsider this because if the problem is not solved, I will retire from the game and thus you lost a valuable person in the game and I promise you that I will not risk logging in to my account later except from a trusted device. Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
