I have just bought an overlay template and am completely unable to save it. I’ve made zero edits.

I bought an overlay for my stream but it will not save without giving me an error when I attempt to and then it prompts me to contact support. I’ve tried multiple times in multiple browsers with the same exact result every time. Please help.
