Need help setting up email form

I have been struggling for a bit trying to set up an email form. I just want a simple 3 section form where it will send an email to my email with the recipients message. I have tried so many tutorials on websites and tried using workers but none of it is working. Does anyone know how to set up an email form? Everything i find seems to not work
