Vi Player Card
In hopes a riot employee will help fix the issues,
The drops listed in Twitch Drops all campaigns show that the "Vi Player Card" is a drop, but, under streamers in "Viewer-rewards" to activate drop rewards, all but the "Vi Player card" is considered as a drop, hence why no one can accumulate the Vi Player card drop right now. this can be seen in dashboard.twitch.tv/u/[your account]/viewer-rewards/drops vs www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns, There must've been a problem when setting up the "Arcane" as a category on Riot or Twitch's end.
TLDR: Vi player card cannot be enabled as a drop when being a streamer. which is causing the problem,
