Can't get second peaks to align

I've been struggling with this for a few weeks basically. No matter what i do they won't align.

Here is what i've already tried:
- evenly cutting belts
- realigning x axis
- evenly tensioning belts
- tucking up cables

I've included my most recent belt tension graph, as well as input shaper graphs.
