Combining streaming and non-streaming flows

Looking at helping evolve Genkit for Node.js in 1.0 and beyond. My goal is to take a hatchet to as much of the API as possible so that we reduce the number of paths to success. The goal here is that it reduces customer confusion and improves Stackoverflow, LLM helpers, etc. To that end, I vote we combine defineFlow and defineStreamingFlow
