I bought Valorant Points, it gave me an error but it charged me anyway
2 days ago, I bought with a mastercad debit card, 17 dollars in valorant points, which are equivalent to 2050 valorant points (I am from Paraguay, which is equivalent to 132,622 guaraníes which is my local currency), I made the purchase in the game's own store which when I clicked on the "accept" button it gave me an error, as if it rejected the payment, however they charged me the 17 dollars and did not give me the valorant points, I sent the same email however they have not responded to me until today and I need a solution, or to be able to recover the 17 dollars or at least have the valorant points charged to my account, I have the proof of payment, which I already sent in the email that they have not responded to me and on the same game page no purchase of valorant points was recorded, thank you in advance and sorry for the bad English, I am using a translator.
