Intermittent SSL issue

Hey y’all. I’m having an ongoing but very very intermittent issue with one site encountering the following (attached image) SSL issue. They are hosted on Rocket.net with domain registration on Cloudflare, DNS at Cloudflare, further proxied through to Rocket.net's Cloudflare Enterprise. I am out of ideas… so has any of you run into similar trouble? Thanks in advance!
