Missing Arcane player cards
I watched the Arcane premier on Riot Games official twitch account on November 9th & didn't receive the Vi card in my twitch inventory. I watched a Valorant stream to get the Jinx skin & although that one shows up in my inventory that too is missing from my Valorant account. I know my account is properly linked because I received the 2024 game changers card.
I spoke with Riot & they said I would need to speak with twitch. Then twitch said I would need to speak with Riot. I am just getting passed around in circles & I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem? It has been over 2 weeks since the Arcane premier stream & both Riot/Twitch support have been as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Seems like I won't be receiving them.
I thought I requested my twitch watch history (said it would take 2 weeks to send me), but I can't find anything about it so I feel like I dreamt it up.
