im playing rocket league on macbook m2 with 8 gb ram and im playing with gptk on crossover/wine version but i still have lag. how i solve this problem?

you install whisky and then tell heroic to use whisky to launch the game in the game settings

i turned off low power mode and it run smoothly

but how to install fortnite?
Fortnite does not support operating systems other than Windows. This is a deliberate decision made by the game publishers, there's nothing we can do about it.
The only way you can play this game on these OSs is through cloud gaming (GeForce NOW / Amazon Luna / etc.)

heroic supports installing games on external drives, no idea if in your particular system you have the permissions and everything, but you can simply try, just pick that drive the install location and you'll know for sure

You can but doesnt mean you should. External drives are very slow in comparison
