Unable to update to v1.121.0 / Unable to initialize reverse geocoding

Hey guys, I am currently not able to update to v1.121.0 and reversed back to v1.120.2. When I start v1.120.2 immich starts and is available but I get the error shown in the screenshot. I have reviewed GitHub for similar issues and found some in the same direction but not really the same. - https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/14270 - https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/14269 I tried the steps in #14269 but get the following error:

I think I need some advise what I should do next or where to look.
