I hate some of these Players

Im trying to play in peace to maybe get some RR and i get the biggest trollers in the Game. The reyna a supposed smurf wich cant hit her shots and the Neon a damn Bunny hopping around instead of defusing and we cant even surrender because two people are trolling and it says declined after one presses F6. Why are people like this. Especially in a Low rank lobby (Im Iron 2. Got no skill lol)
