Numbers of Mobile Immich App IOS
Hello,
I think the number of the backup page in immich mobile ios app are not correct
The Total is not correct, it does not give me the number of all
photos
The Backup is no correct as well because it is higher than the Total
And the remainder is always 0, even when uploading images
I have IOS 18.2 and the Immich app up to date

Information
In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l
and df -h
).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

Can i try to help and fix it?
What information is there right now?
So there is a list to keep track of the duplicated assets, and when the duplicated assets are removed from the device, we don’t have a way to update that list
You can resync the number by going to App Settings > Advanced > clear duplicated and then run the upload again, it will then match
Does the clear duplicated clear the list, or deletes the duplicated images?
What about the remaining to upload?
It clear the duplicated information, not the asset itself
Basically it is a blacklist to avoid keep reuploading files that are reported from the server as duplicated
