Immich Mobile App Connectivity
The Immich iOS app can't connect to my server, even though the web UI works fine from Safari.
I have Immich running on Unraid via Docker Compose. I can access the front end from anywhere on my local network, including the browser on my iOS device. Immich has permissions to find devices on my local network. I've tried both the direct IP address and .local URL. Mobile and Server are running the same version of Immich.
What else should I look at to troubleshoot? Does the mobile app access the API on a different port than the main web interface?

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close
command, and re-open it later if needed.I will provide additional details later today.
Can you provide the URL you are typing into the mobile app just to verify.
Like copy and paste it so no funky formatting happens
192.168.1.11:2283
if I add http:// or http:// it complains about a malformed URL
iOS Safari can access the front end just fine at 192.168.1.11:2283/photos
So if you copy:
http://192.168.1.11:2283
exactly and try and login it complains?yup
which is why I'm confused
Can you share a screenshot of it just to have bases covered
will do later today. Not currently on my network to test.
Sure when you can
thanks for the fast response! I expected days before anyone looked at the ping lol
We try and be responsive here 🙂
