Help with account recovery.
My account was hacked / taken by someone I don’t know and he has blocked my way of recovering / filing claim. I have all the necessary proofs and all transition id to confirm I’m the owner but i can’t file a claim. Any help ?
Solution
You will not be able to submit another account recovery request through the account recovery tool for 3 months after a successful claim. Please reach out to the in-game customer service if you require further assistance with this.
