ZOWIE MONITOR HELP

I have a question, I have a zowie monitor, should I plug HDMI to the monitor and into the PC, or do I plug a Display port into the monitor then into the PC, can soemone @ me if they have a solution?

both work, if you have a monitor with high hz (more than 144) you might want to use the DP
