Have anyone success to use hardware transcoding in Zimaboard?

Setup: Zimaboard Intel Celeron N3450 with integrated Intel HD Graphics 500 GPU RAM 8GB Question: Have anyone success to use hardware transcoding in Zimaboard? I try to enable HW transcoding in my Zimaboard, but still not success. CPU usage still 's very high. If there is anyone to success to do it Zimaboard, please, help share. Thanks 🙏
