Grim Dawn won't launch

Description
Grim Dawn, installed via GOG within the Heroic Games Launcher, seems to start (the process can be seen on top), but the screen never actually opens. It has launched and been perfectly playable previously, so I know the game works on this device. I don't know what has changed to make it stop booting properly.

Log is attached (I changed my user name in the log).

Technical details
  • AMD integrated graphics on a laptop
  • Pop!_OS (which uses (requires?) Wayland)
  • Heroic Games Launcher installed via flatpak
  • Kernel version 6.9.3-76060903-generic
  • Wine version wine-ge-8-26-x86_64
What I've tried - unsuccessfully
  • Verify and repair
  • Remove everything and reinstall. Remove all Grim Dawn files, uninstall Heroic Games Launcher, remove all .cache etc. files with anything to do with Heroic, then reinstall Heroic, then Grim Dawn, etc.
  • Tried clearing shader caches - but I don't know if I did this correctly.
Would appreciate if anyone had any ideas here. Totally fine to do a completely clean install because my saves are on the GOG cloud - but would appreciate the help in making sure my install is completely clean.
