Whenever I try to load up the game it just stays on the boot screen and loads forever

update your proton version and enable umu in the experimental settings
if that doesn't work, add
WINEDEBUG=+fixme to the environment variables of the game and send a new log, pleaseuseful-bronze•6mo ago
the game should open an authentication page in the browser while it's loading, the only thing that worked for me was proton-ge9-20 with the UMU feature enabled
