Shadow of the Tomb Raider: black screen after intro credits but sound works
When playing shadow of the tomb raider definitive edition via epic games, it starts and shows the intro credits screen (eidos montreal, etc...) but after that when the main game menu should appear it just shows a black screen, even though sound works fine. I found a fix on reddit, apparently epic patched in a login hook and that breaks when playing on linux/proton/heroic. Opening the log and visiting the login url manually works to resolve the problem fully.
