reinstalling the game doesn't help in general (you can try verifying the game instead of you think some files are missing/corrupted)
in practice, deleting the prefix folder
/home/nobara/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Rocket League is what's most equivalent to reinstalling and makes more sense to try
