immich_postgres container not starting
Hi I was trying to update my Immich as the app didn't seem to support my previous version.
I followed the instructions on https://immich.app/docs/administration/backup-and-restore/
But my container for immich_posgres keeps restarting after a few seconds.
I am running on the Windows 11 Home Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631, hosting on docker v4.36.0
Logs, .env, . docker-compose.yml attached.
Any help is greatly appreciated as my entire library is now inaccessible :Cryge:

Same issue here but it's my first time trying immich. I wondered if I had screwed something up. Were you able to resolve the issue? Was there a version of immich that previously worked for you?
This is probably because they are using NTFS for the database which isn’t supported
Hi Noah and Zeus,
It was booted on a secondary hard-drive. It worked perfectly for a the last year or so (included two updates/manual backup cycles) so not sure why it stopped working in the latest patch.
I've rolled back the instance onto my drive where my OS is installed and it seems to work fine now. The only problem is that it's incorrectly reading how much storage I have allocated to the immich server. Not ideal, but at least I have my images back.
It's not an ideal solution as my C: drive is well... a C drive and full of random stuff. Any ideas how to overcome this? Or should should I move this to a linux box instead?
The disk usage is meant to be for the whole partition, not just immich. 🙂
But yeah do move to a linux box! much easier for docker/this
