Overcooked: Gourmet Edition not launching

When I start the game, it says playing but the game doesn't launch and after a while playing status is also gone and game is shut down.

Also this is my first time using heroic, I tried launching requiem for A Plague Tale: Innocence (EPIC) that also failed.
