Belt tension & shaper graphs

I have an enclosed VC3.1 500. Doing the 1st resonance tests after a installing a new toolhead & AWD.
Can someone help as to what might be the cause of 3 peaks on the belt tension?
I think the X & Y resonance graphs look OK but would like suggestions for improvement especially on X.
