Val Wont Launch?

so no matter what i do every time i click play nothing loads but in task manager BootstrapPackagedGame Shows up with the val logo but nothing boots and after a bit the play icon becomes red and i can click it again. This worked fine yesterday just when i got the update today it broke it.
