iOS app marks Recents as NOT on device after app reinstall

I'm a happy Immich user since at least 1 year from now. 1 week ago I noticed that the app on iOS came with 6GB of data. I guess that it was due to many interrupted upload attempts when I was in Vietnam with unstable internet connection. So, since all my recents media album was fully uploaded to my synology NAS, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the application. Unfortunately, even if all the content is retrieved and shown correctly (timeline, etc), all the photos from Recents have the empty cloud icon, meaning the they are in the server but not found on the device (which is not, I can confirm obv). If I go to the library section, the only album shown under "On my device" is the "Whatsapp" album, which, again, is not true. The photos and videos that you see in the image with the cloud with the tick, are the ones that resides on my device, but under the Whatsapp album. I tried pretty much every settings available on the mobile app and the server, without success. I really don't know where to look.
