problem registering my website with a cloudflare account
I bought a website today, which had been parked for some time, and I tried to create a cloudflare account for it, but I keep getting the error message (You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.) can you help me solve this?
