Limit of concurrent users in Cloudflare tunnel

I am running an app locally and am exposing it to public via cloudflare tunnels. How many concurrent users / bandwith a single tunnel can sustain?

Would buying a paid cloudflare plan increase the limits if any? (couldnt find related info in the cf website)
