critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated

hello! ive decided to reinstall valorant after 2 years, and i keep getting critical error everytime i try to launch it. ive reinstalled, restarted my pc, run it as adminstrator, updated my drivers, added the game to my antivirus exclusions, and turned off my antivirus, all of which have not worked. id be grateful for any help, thanks!
