Migration of Immich from TrueNAS scale to Kubernetes Cluster - Error loading images
I have migrated from TrueNAS Scale, backing up both the postgres db and the folders library, uploads & profile.
I have been able to successfully sign in after the migration however all images are showing error loading image.
Could you please assist to advise on this?
I would appreciate any assistance that is able to be provided.
Thank you.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close
command, and re-open it later if needed.Since you haven't backed up encoded-videos and thumbs, you need to re-generate those again
This was going from 1.119.1 to 1.121.0. I will shortly upgrade to latest but doubt this is issue is specific to the version.
OK will do thats just via the tasks right?
Yup
Hit "all" for generate thumbnals and trancode video
but shouldnt the file show up when you click on one of the images though even without the thumbnail?
When you click on it we also show you the thumbnail
Unless you zoom in
OK I tested this theory by downloading a recent image and it shows ok after being downloaded.
I am soo happy to hear its all working ok and I need to run all the jobs 🙂
Thank you for your help.
I will get all the jobs run and recheck immich status again tomorrow
Immich successfully moved and working. I didn't find the documentation easy to follow as I'm using kubernetes not docker but was able to adapt.
The Borg backup stuff was even more confusing.
But now it's moved i have cnpg db backup and will backup the profile, library and uploads directories folders as that's the minimum required to get immich running again 😀
Yeah, the docs are definitely not targeted at k8s users 😅
Thanks again. I'm now off truenas apps with their lack of communication and direction with the community it forced me to move to a more mature offering and configuration. I now use talos with truecharts and have an infra as code setup. It was worth the effort of moving
