First layer prints fine then Extruder stops working

Hello, I just finished building my v4 500 Hybrid and tried printing my first print, the first layer prints real nice but mid second layer the extruder stops working properly. I marked the face of the shaft of the extruder with some sharpi and I can see that it only jerks back and forth not even a quarter of a rotation. I tried OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer changing the printer settings in both of them and even printing different stl files, no change so far. Any help would be mutch appreciated.
