Losing Connection to Valorant and Delay

Im coming here with a really awkward issue that I've been facing with Valorant. I first need to clarify some stuff that might help with getting to know what could be happening. I've made a fresh windows 11 installation lately and that's when this issue started to happen (I never had it on my older windows installations, I need to also clarify that I'm technically aware of drivers installations, updates and so on, so please if this problem requires some deep technical guidance then no worries I'm up for it). I have a dual monitor setup (Its a valuable piece of info).
Well the issue here is that when I alt tab or go to an application which is on my second monitor, valorant will directly minimize (This wasn't an issue before but now its there). I need to clarify that valorant is on Fullscreen (not windowed). The real issue comes when i go back to the game, the game will behave as if I've disconnected from it. I dont know how to explain this really well but lets say I was on my browser for 20 seconds, then I come back to the game, then the game will keep behaving as if I was disconnected (can't buy, players cant see me moving and so on) for 20 seconds then it come back to normal.
This is the weirdest issue ive ever faced in my gaming and tech career. I've did windows updates, tried with game mode on and off from windows, added the game to high priority, checked and unchecked fullscreen optimizations. Nothing seem to solve this weird issue. I'll try post a video of the issue asap too so its clearer.
