Print layer shift effect with no layer shift

I have a weird problem and I would really love to get some help with.
Every time I have a print that has a top surface and then walls continuing above the top surface (See the pictures), I get some weird layer shifting like a line that is protruding out of the walls at the same height of the top layer.
Does anyone know how to fix that?
Would appreciate any help you can give.

Some printer details:
VC4 300 hybrid no enclosure, PLA (black esun epla-st, green creality hyper Pla)
0.2/0.25 mm layer height, 3/6 walls, 25/30 adaptive cubic infill.
Using Orca slicer 2.2.0
