Longer Beams + Infinite Nudge interactions

I did some testing today and am happy to report that:
1. Shift+Scroll and Shift+Ctrl+Scroll features of Longer Beams now work correctly
2. There definitely is an interaction between Infinite Nudge and Longer Beams special scroll modes when in Nudge mode - both actions happen simultaneously
Obvious solution would be to rebind the keys for Infinite Nudging but that's a bother to re-learn them when they have become second nature. There is another solution though - make Longer Beams scroll modes work only when NOT in Nudge mode. Then you could freely go into and out of the nudge mode to either change length or position/rotation.
Second issue I noticed is that Longer Beams Scroll modes allow for negative values in the beam length - the length in meters disappears from UI, Beam hologram seem to extend the other way, but when actually built, it's model is the normal way while dismantle holo is opposite way. Simplest way would be to just don't allow it to go into negatives.
