Update extension `pg_hashids` from 1.2.1 to 1.3.0
Would it be possible to upgrade the
pg_hashids extension? It's fully backwards compatible, with the added benefit that all the functions are marked as IMMUTABLE and therefore can be used with GENERATED column statements.
