Vanguard error TPM and Secure Boot (already activated)

Secure boot is already activated in the Bios (aorus gigabyte b650 X AX v2) and I can't find any option for the TPM in the bios, in the msinfo32 the UEFI and Secure boot are both ACTIVATED and the TPM2.0 is said as ready to use too but vanguard still make my game crash and I don't know why I need help please !
