Can't launch games

I don't use Heroic Games Launcher particularly often, but it's mostly there to give me a way to play Epic games on Ubuntu. A few weeks ago I added a non-Epic game to Heroic. I've come back to try a new game available Epic offered for free, only to find that not only will this game not launch, but none of the games in the launcher work (including the non-Epic game that was fine previously). Regardless of the game launched or version of wine used I get some variation of the included log:

I have tried at least the following solutions:
  • rebooting my computer
  • rebooting my computer with system updates
  • reinstalling heroic through flatpak
  • installing an alternate version of wine in hopes of at least a new error
  • installing a different game in hopes of at least a new error
  • chanting "Ia! Ia! The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young!"
My steam launcher still appears to be running games that would require Wine without any issues, so I assume it's not just my computer rejecting Wine entirely
