TypeBot Integration with AI Stopped Working
Hello!
I’m experiencing an issue with TypeBot integrated with AI in my proprietary omnichannel platform. Until two days ago, everything worked perfectly: leads initiated conversations via WhatsApp, and the integrated AI responded automatically. Suddenly, it stopped working.

Setup:
TypeBot is configured in Flowbuilder.
AI integration is linked to respond to WhatsApp conversations.
No recent changes were made to the flow or integration.
Issue:
Conversations start but the AI no longer responds.
Key Questions:
Could this be due to Free plan limitations?
Was there a recent update that affects AI integration on Free plans?
Do I need to check or adjust something in the source code or API integration?
Does the Chat Resets (29/200) impact the functionality?
What steps can I take to identify or fix this issue?
