low fps on valorant only (gpu clock&usg stays low, no bottlenk)
Hi. I have an i3-10100f + RX580.
My fps in valorant is like stuck around 60-100 and sometimes it drops to 50's too. with the worst settings and even 1280x960res
The unusual thing is that every other game that I play are running w/o any problem with at all. Genshin is stable on high settings 60fps, and CS easily goes over 200.
While I play valorant, my GPU usage is like 30%-40% and it's clock stucks like around 600MHz-800MHz (max is 1365)
