Transfer a domain to CF

Hi there,

I'd like to transfer my domain to CF, I've checked the requirements and I have disabled the "domain lock" on my current domain provider.
I still can't click on the button "Transfer to Cloudflare" on the dashboard. I guess CF hasn't updated the domain data yet.

I'd like to know if there is a way to request manually CF to refresh my domain details.
