New to all this, external domain security?

Hi all, Super super new and knowledge is all based on YouTube videos right now :/ I have installed Immich on my unRAID server, I did this by following SpaceInvaderOne's tutorials (what a guy!). I also have Tailscale set up properly (I think). I managed to setup a cloudflare tunnel to create a subdomain (on my domain) to access Immich remotely. However now I'm concerned about security, what I would have liked to do was have this URL only accessible to anyone/device on my Tailnet but I'm not sure if: a) I need to do that? b) If that's even possible? Thanks in advance, apologies as this is a noob question I'm sure.

So if I were you, I’d either lock down my cloudflare tunnel with MFA, or just remove the cliudflare tunnel and stick with tailscale when trying to access hosted apps while external. I personally only allow internal access to my hosted apps. So in order to access anything, I go via tailscale. Just make sure DNS is pointed correctly internally with tailscale.

Thank you very much. I’ll look into that today. I appreciate a response given my poor knowledge!

FYI cloudflare has a 100MB file limit, so beware
