Framework 16 KDE VRR with 7700S

When enabling VRR on the FW16 and capping a game's FPS at 60, the mouse will stutter and appears to be sub 60Hz. When using a controller to play a game, the game is smooth, but when controlling with a mouse and keyboard, it becomes choppy. I do have amdgpu.freesync_video=1 set in kernel flags and this opens the refresh rate up to 120, 96, and 72Hz along with 165 and 60.

I have tried setting the following environment variables:
#KWIN_DRM_DELAY_VRR_CURSOR_UPDATES=1
#KWIM_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1
or
#KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=1
#KWIN_DRM_DELAY_VRR_CURSOR_UPDATES=1
#KWIN_DRM_DONT_FORCE_AMD_SW_CURSOR=1

But unless I cap the refresh rate at 120, the game will update slowly unless I move my mouse. Any potential work arounds?
Solution
Adding amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x400 seems to make the mouse work as expected
