Bazzite for LCD Steam Deck and Gulikit Thumbsticks (for Steam Deck LCD)

I just got a set of Gulikit thumbsticks for my LCD Steam Deck. I'm planning on wiping SteamOS and replacing it with Bazzite. I was wondering if there were any compatibility issues or caveats with these particular thumbsticks as it pertains to running an alternate OS (Bazzite, in this case). Anything I ought to know or be careful of?
